External facade – External timber weatherboard cladding replaced to front facade to match existing
Project included: full height tiling to wet areas, underfloor heating to ensuite, fire place, timber floors, timber stairs, mix of laminate and 2 pac to kitchen, custom robe joinery, stone benchtops, Fisher and Paykel 90cm Appliances, integrated fridge, freezer and wine fridge
